West Suffolk Liberal Democrats

This is a quick personal note to all the volunteers; thank you for taking the time to come and work with me, meet & greet, do social media, put up boards, attend hustings and generally get active during this campaign especially our outings to help Pippa, Ian & Rod - it has been incredibly motivating to see you & to have your individual support. I know people have taken on new challenges, all of which is great for the future of the Liberal Democrats in West Suffolk.

However, this message is a personal plea to keep going into this final week and squeeze whatever time you can out of your diaries to help us just a little bit more. I know many of you have already planned time out canvassing, delivering, phoning etc whether in one of our local target seats or wherever you happen to be next week but we need to coordinate our efforts now. IT IS NOW EYES ON THE PRIZE OF POLLING DAY SUCCESS - this does mean we have to do whatever we can to help our TARGETS (not me!)

This attachment spells out what polling day is about IE getting our vote out to best effect: it's the training from Lib Dem HQ which Zigurds, John & I took this week & think helpful to share whether as insight for newer activists or reminder for those of us who've done this before. Please reply to John Derry as to what exact time you can offer this WEEKEND, next week and on POLLING day itself. And it would be really kind to let us know where you are going to be if you are going elsewhere! We are trying to give the regional campaign team an accurate view of what people power we can offer. If you have already offered please just confirm so we have it all in one neat thread. Hoping we can travel in teams as needed and maybe organise some phone banking too.
